Mission

The mission of the college is to establish a catalytic center in Rajasthan from where creative thoughts and ideas in the sphere of education will radiate. Dedication, skill improvement, and foresight regarding the future needs of education are the core values envisioned by this Teachers’ Education Institute.

The competency areas the college aims to develop include the following:

• Contextual Competencies: A broad understanding of educational development in society and the teacher’s role in it.
• Conceptual Competencies: Understanding key concepts of education and learning.
• Transactional Competencies: Skills related to instructional delivery methods.
• ICT Competencies: Teaching and learning using Information and Communication Technology.
• Evaluation Competencies: Skills for assessing learning outcomes effectively.
• Community Engagement Competencies: Building connections with the community to integrate value-based education.
