Society Profile

PRINCE COLLEGE is governed by PRINCE AND PRINCESS EDUCATION SOCIETY, Chomu, Jaipur. The main objectives of the society are to promote educational activities, particularly in general education.

There is a good scope for teaching in Rajasthan due to increasing demand in government and private schools. Additionally, teaching opportunities abroad—especially in Gulf countries—make this a very useful course for enhancing a family's educational and economic development.

In view of this, PRINCE AND PRINCESS EDUCATION SOCIETY implemented its vision by establishing PRINCE COLLEGE. The college began offering B.A. and B.Sc. degree courses in 2012. In 2019, M.A. (Geography) and M.Sc. (Chemistry) master’s degree courses were introduced. From the academic session 2019–2020, the integrated four-year courses B.A.-B.Ed. and B.Sc.-B.Ed. were also launched.

All courses are granted NOC by the Government of Rajasthan and recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). The B.A.-B.Ed. and B.Sc.-B.Ed. programs are affiliated with the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

Student admissions are conducted as per state government policy and are allocated through the PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test), administered by an authorized agency of the State Government. The syllabus followed is as prescribed by the University. The duration of B.A.-B.Ed. and B.Sc.-B.Ed. courses is four years.

PRINCE COLLEGE operates in its own campus located at Opp. Radhaswami Bagh, Chomu Bypass, Jaitpura, Chomu. The campus provides all facilities as per NCTE 2014 norms including:

  • Well-ventilated classrooms
  • Auditorium
  • Fully equipped laboratories and resource centers
  • Computer Lab
  • Library dedicated for B.Sc.-B.Ed. and B.A.-B.Ed. courses
